What was your path to dfine?

I studied fashion merchandising in college leading to a path of retail management. Through a friend, I connected with dfine and am now able to utilize my skills and knowledge from the retail world in the branding and marketing world. I feel refreshed to be working in an environment where I am encouraged to be creative and am able to manage projects.

How do you “dfine” branding and what it means to you?

To me, branding is the relationship built between a company and the consumer. If executed correctly, that brand is recognizable in many different forms and leaves a lasting impression on the consumer.

What is your favorite brand and why?

It has been so fun to watch Warby Parker grow from a small company that only shipped glasses, to a company with brick & mortar stores that also provides eye exams—all of these services at an affordable rate. I have had nothing but great customer service experiences and they always play a hilarious April Fools Joke!

What is it you are happiest doing?

I am happiest spending time with friends, family and Governor the Pug. In my personal time I am learning about astrology, going to concerts, and slowly but surely learning to love the outdoors.
